how do you add pics?

I downloaded my nursery pics on flickr, clicked on the tree and pasted the address in there and still nothing. ?Do you have to fill out all the dimensions/description etc? I have a mac. Sorry for the stupid question but What the hell, does this site have any info anywhere?

I don't have a mac, so this may or may not be helpful.

I usually resize them first, then upload to www.tinypic.com 

Once your pic is uploaded, copy and paste the [IMG] code into the post.
