I take the Women's One a Day, which is right in line with the above chart. I take it before dinner and I don't feel any side effects.

When doing my research I found that chart. I also found that other sources say you need more calcium than 200-300mg and keep in mind that list does not have omegas on it either.

FYI - Pyridoxine is the chemical name for B6.
Well that is awesome, because then the target prenatals are good! It's a little lower in the iron, but I'm sure I make up more than enough in actual food.
