Ine. I thought of Rand immediately when I saw your subject line. If I wasn't familiar with her, I might think it was Ann or Ane (have heard A.R.'s name mispronounced that way), I guess, but I definitely read it as Ine.
Without knowing about the Ayn Rand reference I'd probably just say Ann. Lots of people don't know who she is so I'd venture to guess you'd get a health mix of pronunciation.... Those who do know who she is would say it properly...

If I didn't know who Ayn Rand was, I would have thought Ann. For a long time, that is how I though Ayn Rand's name was pronounced.
I like it, but I also think it is a name that would have a lot of people confused about how to pronounce it.
