Why is my stomach so hairy?

Gross, right?  The fuzz on my tummy has become longer, thicker, and darker hair.  It is embarrasing.  Even my dh is like 'why is it like that?'  But, it's only the hair on my stomach, it stops at my sides.  I am certainly going to need a one-piece bathing suit for the summer.  Really, it rivals my husband's arm hair.  Anyone else?  I am wondering if someone slipped some Rogain into my Palmer's.

That's funny... my stomach is really hairy too but just below my belly button. I've always had light blonde fuzz, but this is long and dark.  Where was this info in my pregnancy books?!

I think this is normal, and it caused by pregnancy hormones.  I just ask them to wax mine when I go for my monthly maintence.

Mine is the same way but it's blonde hair. I am thinking it's something to do with hormones. I was embarrassed when the doc lifted up my shirt to feel around and the hair was there. I am sure he sees it everyday but it drives me crazy!

I have blonde peach fuzz. I told dh he might walk in on me with my belly covered in shaving cream. i thought that was a nice image.

mine is too .. i feel like a sasquatch (sp) .. it started blond and now its slowly getting darker

shoot I dont know what yall are talking about mine has always been hairy, I guess it just comes with being native america. DH picks on me all the time about my arm hair being thicker and darker than his!

Hormones are a pain aren't they?  I waxed it off yesterday.  Finally couldn't stand it anymore.  I feel much better.
