Closet Organizers and Organization

Just wondering if anyone had tips or ideas on closet organizer units and closet organization. How are you keeping the different sizes separated? Where are you putting certain types of clothes and shoes?

We plan on emptying the closet & putting in an organizer this week. I have been saving pictures on my computer.....I plan on seperating two different hanging section plus adding about 5-10 shelves, we havea  big closet in the nursery, some of the shelves will have bins to put things in like shors etc. I also found pictures of these little size organizers that I plan on trying to make, they look really easy....

i was JUST going to post this as well, but you beat me to it! the closet in the nursery is kind of small, but tall, so we want to take advantage of the vertical space, vs. horizontal. I'm confused as to whether it's more advantageous to have more shelves than hanging, or vice versa. i've heard mixed, so i really don't know.

 but about seaparating sizes, we registered for some size separator thingys...0-3mo, 3-6mo, etc. seems pretty handy!
