Modified egg yolks?

DH bought jarred alfredo sauce and it has "modified egg yolks" listed on the ingredients.  I'm assuming it's okay because we heat it??

    hehe, never heard of that!  I guess that's what I get for rarely reading labels.  I'm sure you're fine since you'll be heating it...that sounds really good...
