Here's what we know so far:

-White wainscotting

-Espresso colored crib & dresser/changer

-Pink accents

?......so...

What should the wall color be? What if we didn't go with pink walls? Any other suggestions??

We want butterflies as a part of the theme.

?Thoughts? Suggestions? Samples of nurseries that you've seen that sound familiar to the above? I'm SO indecisive!

I think a khaki color for the walls would be pretty.

i agree with pp - maybe a khaki or tan. or even a brown- assuming it goes well with the espresso furniture. if you're doing wainscotting, i think you can get away with doing a more aggressive color up top. i'd wait until you find bedding to paint though.

You could hang simple paper origami butterflies on a few strings and hang in a corner of the nursey. The majority could be all white with a few pinks...

i'd say a tan of cream would look nice.

for butterflies, there's tons of cute pillows and such. i also say this really cute 3-d white butterflies that you can attach to the wall at target this w/e.
