Telling my dad he is going to be a grandpa!? Any ideas??

Looking for cute ways to tell my dad he is going to be a grampy!  We're telling our mom's with cute grandma onesies but I was trying to think of something diff for my dad...any ideas?

I told my future father in law by getting him a shirt that says "#1 Grandpa" and wrapped it in a yellow bag.  When he opened it he almost fainted and started jumping up and down!  Needless to say the shirt went right on and I doubt he has taken it off since!  I broke the news the same way with my future sis in law and mom in law as well.  It seemed to be a really cute way of doing it.

We are celebrating my dad's birthday tomorrow, so I'm baking him his favorite cake and giving him a, "Happy Birthday Grandpa!" card

I know this is a totally late post but this is how I told my mother with this poem on a throw blanket. For our dad's we got the T-shirts with "My Grandpa Rock!"

I do not have a face to see,
Or put inside a frame.
I do not have soft cheeks to kiss,
I don't yet have a name.
You can't yet hold my tiny hands,
Nor whisper in my ear.
It's still too soon to sing a song,
Or cuddle me so near.
But all will change come November,
That?s when they say I'm due.
I'm your new grandson or granddaughter;
I can't wait till I meet you.
All I ask between now and then
Is your patience while I grow.
I promise I'll be worth the wait,
Because of all the love we'll know.
So what I have to give you now,
Is a wish to you from me.

You could buy him Father of the Bride 2! I meant to do that for my dad w/ DD.. but I got impatient and just told him over the phone (my parents live across country).

We gave mine a binky with a tag on it that said grandpa and put wrapped it...He pulled it out and his eyes and mouth burst open with a big smile and excitement!
