Apparently, all the treadmill and elliptical trainer I've been doing at the gym for the past 3 months have done crap for me b/c Day 1 of the 30DS just about killed me. ?
Tell me: ?A.) It gets easier and B.) You are seeing good results. ??
Okay, I have to ask: WTH is 30DS? Do you have a link or something? I'll have 30+ pounds to get rid of here shortly and might as well start looking into the latest Nest trend...
It does get easier. I tried it about a month ago and it scared the bejeebus out of me so much that I didn't do it again.
I tried again on Wednesday last week and I was not NEARLY as sore as the first time. I also was more confident in the movements and really excited about progressing.
Then I dislocated my toe on Friday (while in bed, not while doing the 30DS). I can't even wear shoes.
So yes, it gets easier. And in the 2 days I did it last week, I lost 0.5lbs.
Yes! I promise it gets easier. Whenever I do it, it starts out hard, and by the end of the level, I am upping the weights to higher ones. Then I start the next level, and usually drop back down, but then am back up after a day or two.
Just push through the burn (be sure it's NOT actual pain) and you'll tone up SO quickly.
Just a warning, I actually gained a couple of pounds, but also dropped a pants size, so I didn't sweat it. I lost inches on my waist, arms, thighs and hips/(_*_)!!!
I just did it for the 2nd day today. just a warning, I woke up this morning and was sore, but by the end of the day, the soreness got so much worse! I fought through and did day 2 though. Phew. I'm now virtually passed out on the couch begging dd to sleep so I can sleep.

I really hope it works. I need it to!
