Choosing our DD's name was easy since we named her for my gma. This name, however, has been quite a challenge. Technically my DH gets to choose this one and he has narrowed his choices to these choices. What's your fav? DD is Isabella Doris (Ella) so the nickname is important too. TIA

I like Evangeline or Adelaide more than Emmeline. I think I like Adelaide the best.

Well my favorite is Evangeline obviously but I love Adelaide and Emmeline too.  Your DH has great taste in names.  I don't think you could go wrong with any of those.

I like Adelaide best, then Evangeline, then Emmaline.  LOVE Adelaide.  Some people may assume that "Addie" is for Addison, but then you get the smug satisfaction that comes from telling them you named your daughter an actual girl's name and not after an endocrine disorder.

Of course I'm partial to Adelaide since thats going to be our little girls name. But I also had Evangeline on my list.

Great names! I like them all, but considering the nn in the equation, my vote is for Emme/Emmeline to go with Ella.

I like Evangeline and Adelaide best. We are naming our daughter that. They are all beautiful. Tough choice! PS: Your DH has great taste. Mine suggested horrible names like "Stevie". Yuck!

i like evangeline. way too popular for me, but your other daughter's name is trendy so it seems like that would be fine with you. ella and evie is cute, and i like that their first names would not start with the same letter.
