We've salvaged a phone, a blackberry, and a graphing calculator by putting them in a sealed container of (not in the package, like in shoe boxes) silica gel.
Home Depot/Lowes/Garden store should have it. Or, a florist might.
I am convinced that I am done buying anything nice until after my children are out of the house. Benjamin does a NUMBER on just about everything we own...
I was just talking to my mom, and I told her that I have never seen a kid as DESTRUCTIVE as Matthew is. I was a nanny for a lot of kids way back when, too. He just trashes things on purpose.
I am praying that it is the result of an active curiousity and intellect, rather than criminal tendencies. LOL

I just ordered a new phone and will keep this one as a backup. It's an ancient model, but I love this phone, and I got it on ebay for $25. LOL
But since they seem to keep taking baths, having a rescue option around might not be a bad idea.
