what does it mean when baby tries to climb up me?

this happens when im holding him,and most often after Ive fed him in the middle of the night and I'm lying in bed and he's on my chest. he starts straightening his legs and pushing himself up while whining/crying. He slams his head into my chin and under my neck. I don't get it... what does he want??

My little boy does this too LOL. His head flops all over the place! I take it as he is annoyed with the position I have him in?

Stasa does this, too!  I think she just wants to be higher on my shoulder.  Also, when we do tummy time I put my hands behind her legs and she'll kick off and scoot across the floor.  Maybe L just wants to get moving.  lol

jack does this too and it drives me NUTS! i am thinking he is gonna love the jumperoo when he is bigger!

sometimes DS does this when he needs to burp....

When Addie does this I change her position and she's fine. Usually, she has a some gas, burp or fart, and being on her tummy is uncomfortable.

I read that babies like to park themselves under your chin for security...could be that.
