HOLY COW! I just got a Bugaboo on ebay!

YAY!! ....... ok, so I know it's normally an expensive item, but let's just say that I won the Cameleon series for less than 50% off if I had bought it brand new. It's an '08 model so I'm thrilled. The reason for all of this is because mom and I spend the entire day (i'm exhausted) shopping and looking around. We went to BRU and found a fantastic and inexpensive convertible crip w/ the changing table (thank you NewMrs07) ). Found a few strollers that I liked that were $150/200.00, but my mom is adamant about having the baby face me (and i'm sooooo not going to try to get around it, i'm stubborn .. she's worse) and those were like $300.00+, but nothing "special", all you could do was rotate the seat.

Also, I found a car seat at Burlington Coat Factory (one of those that can sit a child up to 100lbs) for close to nothing and found lots of little other things that I might add to the registry, but these were the bigger purchases and I wanted those out of the way ......ANYWHO, there were about 3 couples at BRU with these Bugaboo strollers, all told me they were about 1K new but they all bought them on ebay for less than half off, and they couldn't stop raving about these strollers......so here I am, sitting at my computer like a sad little puppy on a Saturday night and I bid...and I won! WOO-HOO!

and for tomorrow, there's always mamabargains! hehehe (thanks ChristineNYC!) )
