Hmmm... I'm on the fence about this one. I think b/c I'm leaning towards yes. It looks like a top that they couldn't decide if it should be a top or a dress.

I don't think it is too bad.  It is almost to her knees plus that girl is a model and probably tall.

eh, I've seen way worse, but I do think it would be fine w/ a pair of leggings or cute tights or something like that. ?

If it is that short on everyone, I do think it is too short. It would not be as bad if she had leggings paired with it, though.

That picture almost looks "sexy" to me.....I would not put anything remotely sexy on my dd (if I had one..haha).

As a dress worn like it is in that pic???  Yes!  BUT, I think some super cute leggings would look awesome with it.
