The only good thing to come out of the 3rd Tri Board...

I am crying right now because I am laughing so hard. I was exploring the 3rd Tri board and I found this hysterical post about a labor prediction site. This is my prediction:

The day you deliver, outside will be shiny. Your baby will arrive in the middle of the night. After a labor lasting approximately 24 hours, your child, a girl, will be born. Your baby will weigh about 13 pounds, 5 ounces, and will be 22 inches long. This child will have light amber eyes and fluffy black hair.

Apparently, I am giving birth to a really large vampire baby.

Well, since neither DH, or I has ambur eyes or black hair and DC is going to be a boy...I think we're safe on the 13 lb, 5 oz thing. How crappy would that be if it was the only correct prediction?? LOL!

  • Too funny!?

Mine is actually not all unlikely, although we also are having a boy and I don't know what's up with this whole amber eye thing.

    ?

The day you deliver, outside will be rainy. Your baby will arrive in the middle of the afternoon. After a labor lasting approximately 6 hours, your child, a girl, will be born. Your baby will weigh about 8 pounds, 11 ounces, and will be 20-1/2 inches long. This child will have dark amber eyes and fluffy blonde hair.

  • Too funny.  I just checked my prediction to see if ANY of it was true:

The day you deliver, outside will be sunny. Your baby will arrive in the early evening. After a labor lasting approximately 14 hours, your child, a boy, will be born. Your baby will weigh about 4 pounds, 15 ounces, and will be 18 inches long. This child will have medium blue eyes and some red hair.

and NONE of it was!  So yah, I wouldn't worry about a 13 lb baby Wink

Makenna was born when it rained so hard everything flooded, at 7:37 am, after 38+ hours of labor, and she is a she.  She weighed 8.7 and was 20.5 inch.  I guess you could say she has medium blue eyes and some red hair (although I prefer to call it strawberry blonde!)

  • Ha!  That's too funny.  This was mine:

"The day you deliver, outside will be light. Your baby will arrive in the early morning. After a labor lasting approximately 13 hours, your child, a girl, will be born. Your baby will weigh about 15 pounds, 3 ounces, and will be 16 inches long. This child will have light gray eyes and curly red hair. "

Well, it was light outside, and relatively early in the morning.  However it was a C-section so no 13 hours of labor.  I did have a girl and she was big, but not THAT big or that short, and no on the gray eyes and red hair.  :)

  • My friend who is also pregnant sent me that site and I totally cracked up when I saw it!!!

It comes up different everytime because I have done it when it was sunny outside and then cloudy and now rainy. Here is mine:

The day you deliver, outside will be hot. Your baby will arrive in the late afternoon. After a labor lasting approximately 7 hours, your child, a girl, will be born. Your baby will weigh about 9 pounds, 2 ounces, and will be 18-1/2 inches long. This child will have light violet eyes and barely there auburn hair.

I don't really see any of that being true except maybe the girl part (we got a 50/50 chance lol) and the hot day part might be accurate too since I have a feeling our summer is going to go all the way into the end of Sept because we had such a long winter. But I hope I don't deliver a 9lb baby. If you have seen how short and small I am, it just scares me lol!

  • Here's mine:

The day you deliver, outside will be stormy. Your baby will arrive in the middle of the afternoon. After a labor lasting approximately 11 hours, your child, a boy, will be born. Your baby will weigh about 11 pounds, 2 ounces, and will be 16-1/2 inches long. This child will have medium violet eyes and some auburn hair.

    Totally wrong!!

  • Here's mine!

The day you deliver, outside will be foggy. Your baby will arrive in the middle of the afternoon. After a labor lasting approximately 15 hours, your child, a girl, will be born. Your baby will weigh about 5 pounds, 11 ounces, and will be 16-1/2 inches long. This child will have dark violet eyes and curly red hair.

Nathan was born in the morning, and weighed 7lbs ozs and was 21"long. Obviously, he doesn't have violet eyes or red hair, but it IS curly, so Madame Zaristka got one thing right ;-)

  • The day you deliver, outside will be dark. Your baby will arrive in the middle of the night. After a labor lasting approximately 15 hours, your child, a boy, will be born. Your baby will weigh about 10 pounds, 6 ounces, and will be 21 -1/2 inches long. This child will have medium brown eyes and a little patch of brown hair.

Mine is very close..except I had a girl after 2 days of labor.  She was 10lbs 8ozs 22 ins.  Born at 11:13pm

  • The day you deliver, outside will be stormy. Your baby will arrive in the evening. After a labor lasting approximately 6 hours, your child, a boy, will be born.
