the same shade of green that is used for the leaves. pink and green are real cute together!!! maybe even do a white chair rail with the green below and the lighter pink above.

I agree - green like the leaves.  I don't love pink walls.  The other option if you're up for something more bold are chocolate walls to match the brown.

I would do a very light pink or a pale green to match the leaves. I think because the bedding pattern is delicate looking you should keep the colors very light. Maybe use white eyelet or voile curtains in the room too.

I hate pink walls.  I would do what others said and paint it a light green.

I think paint a few shades lighter than the chocolate brown in the bedding would look nice.
