Sorry. I think that is one of the cruelest jokes in the world. The relief of having a little time for yourself once you've finally gotten them down, interrupted by a child who can't or won't sleep only a few minutes later.
DS could not fall asleep tonight. He finally stood up in his crib crying about 9:20. I went in and got him and rocked him to sleep for 15 mins in the living room. Maybe something in the air!
