We are not sure what we are having yet, but have started talking options.

 Even if we have B/G twins DH insists that we do not have gender neutral bedding.  So I agreed to a boy side and a girl side of the room.  I found two sets that I think will look good together in the room.

 Do you think they will be ok together?  If that's what we went with what color would you suggest for the walls and curtains?

What about going with the giggling turtle bedding from Gap instead of the boats? The turtle (boy) and the snail (girl) are very similar and both have the same green in them so you could do the walls and curtains in green. The boat bedding is super cute, too, but it might be hard to find a color for the walls and curtains unless you did something very conservative like tan or cream or white.

I agree and tried to sell DH on the turtles, but he is set on something nautical for a boy.  So I must just have to go with tan or something very conservative, as you said.

Maybe you could find nautical bedding from another site that has more than just blue in it. I think Pottery Barn Kids has a boat theme set that has some green in it.

It's too busy.  I'd focus on colors instead of themes and find simple bedding that would go w/ both.  When we moved to this house, we painted the guest room an olive green - I knew that if we had a girl, we could add pink and if we had a boy, we could accents w/ navy.  We have a nautical theme and it's mostly navy and white.

Another option - brown (w/ blue and pink)
