DS has been a very consistent napper for at least a good 2-3 hours a day.  For the past few months he would randomly not nap occasionally.  After the time change he has not napped at all.  It's been a looooong week.  Not good timing considering we will have a newborn soon.  He's only 2 1/2 it seems early...

My DD gradually dropped out of naps. . . first it was the occasional skip (before she was 2).  By her second birthday she napped 3-4 times per week.  By 2.5 she napped 1-2 times per week and now at 3 she rarely naps, but she does have "quiet time" in her room. . . I would try to institute that!

DS gave up his before 2.5. I think it might come back when he starts preschool.

I prefer it this way, actually, b/c he goes to bed at 7-7:30!!!
