I don't, but I need the same info. I would almost rather pull all my teeth out and get dentures than have to go to the dentist regularly.

TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.

I've actually said this, too! I don't have any recs as I go to a regular dentist... often. I've had a LOT of dental work in my life (multiple fillings, 4 root canals and crowns, etc). My family all have soft teeth. So, even taking good care of them doesn't stop me from needing to go to the dentist more often than I'd like (which would be never).
I go to a dentist in Bothell, which is too far, I'm sure. Maybe just make sure that you look for a dentist that offers nitrous. That's what I did for years (even as an adult). GL!!

I have a good referral in Oly/Lacey area. Sorry I'm not more help, but I do understand your issues. I had a sixteen year TMJ (jaw joint) pain and surgery history (over 5) and I'm absolutely terrified of dentists. I found this guy and I like him a lot. I don't even need sedation to see him, but I did need it for the root canal I had done three or four months ago and the dentist gave it to me.
Google "Sedation Dentistry"... those are the dentists that will knock you out for everything. I have a friend who is like this and she just found a new dentist for this stuff, but she lives way up north, so it probably wouldn't help you.
Post this on the Seattle Nest board. Peabody (PIday) sees a sedation dentist (she doesn't post over here!). She has a HUGE fear of dentists and is sedated for any dental visit.
I have the perfect solution! I had a HUGE needle phobia and avoided the dentist way too long (my punishment was 3 root canals). My friend was in dental school at UW and told me about a program called the Dental Fears Clinic. They have a research based program (I don't think everyone is part of the research...I wasn't) that helps you not only get your dental work done but also works with you to get over your fear by using a psychologist along with the dentist. The dentists are also professors at UW so they are the best of the best. I cannot say how much I owe to them for helping me to get over my fears. I wanted to get my dental work done before I got preg because of the potential dangers and I just had a beautiful healthy daughter. They are awesome, supportive and a wonderful program...I hope you call just to talk to them. 206-685-2453

No...usual prices. I think they even take DSHS patients. I was able to use my insurance. It's part of the dental school to teach the students how to work with frightened patients. Until I was comfortable I asked for no students. My dentist was world renowned and was writing a book. He was wonderful (he just left to run a dental program at another university). You actually have to interview and be accepted into the program. Any fear will qualify you.
I'm with you I hate the dentist and I need to go so bad it's been years since i've been. I'd rather have a baby drug free then step foot in a dentist office I hate it hate it that much. Thanks for posting this i've been looking for recs.

Dr. Kim Anardi in Auburn - he is the absolute best, and all of his staff will make you feel so comfortable - they are great and very gentle. My visits are always very pleasant.
I don't know where you are looking, but I used to go years (I think the longest was 6) w/o going to the dentist because of hate/fear. I've finally gone back to my childhood dentist/orthodontist because he and his staff are WONDERFUL. They've taken the fear back out of the experience.

There aren't many dentists that do sedation. If you are good with just laughing gas, my father is a dentist. He has an office in Renton.
If you want the info for him, e-mail me:
