The Backyardigans

We have cable for the first time in a long time and this is the first time I have seen the Backyardigans. I was curious about the actors, wondered if they were kids or adults. And all that singing (fantastic singing at that) are kids! That kind of talent just blows me away, especially since even my shower cringes when I sing.

My nieces love that show!  The actors are all kids!  What cracks me up about the show is that even though it's a cartoon, they actually have a CHOREOGRAPHER for all the dancing!  Hilarious.

Right! I read that as well... that they have real dancers, video them and then the animators transfer the dance moves.

I have wondered that too if they are kids or adults singing. The voices are so high. I love all of the creative stories. So cute.

I was curious about that too, and Wikipedia said the voices are all kids.  It's such a cute show!

My daughter loves the Backyardigans  and it's so cute. She also likes Yo Gabba-Gabba. I never could understand that show at all though. It's a little strange.

My daughter, nieces & nephews all love the Backyardigans. It was the theme of my daughter's 2nd birthday.
