Pregnant and sick - what can I take?

I have a stuffy nose, sore throat, sneezing, etc.  I thought it was my allergies but I'm not positive.  My doc said I can take Benadryl at night (and I do), but what can I take during the day?

Tylenol Severe Cold... the pseudephedrine version that they keep behind the counter, NOT the PE stuff.

Sudafed and most Tylonol products are safe but I'd get a list from your OB mine gave me a list of safe otc meds on my first visit
