The kids are in her daycare while I work.  Well so I have noticed Danica pulls her hair and pulls out her eyelashes so my mom keeps noticing it today.  She thinks Danica has somthing wrong with her.  She said she is too nervous I should get some help for her.  Would you worry about it?  WWYD?

I knew a girl growing up that pulled out her hair.  She looked pretty weird cuz her hair was always super short and had lots of bald patches.  I wouldn't freak out about it, but I'd probably ask her doctor if she's been doing it for awhile or continues to do it.

Does she only do it there? Did this just start when you went back to work?  Does she seem generally anxious?

She does it alot when she tantrums or she doesnt get her way but I have seen her do it randomly.  We live with my mom so its like she is right at home.  Im not sure if it has anything to do with me going to work.  I googled it and OMG scary stuff

I think toddlers in general exhibit anxious behaviour from time to time.  In the absence of other behaviour/obvious triggers I would try not to worry.

no not new ok I will try not to worry.  I think I might write down when I see her doing it and I will have my mom do the same

Honestly, I would take her to see her pedi.  It sounds like it might be a form of Trichotillomania.
