My husband's nickname for me is Bunny and he started calling the baby Little Bun Bun.

That's so funny.  Dh always calls me Bunny too, and he's been calling it Baby Bun.

  • It changes weekly...Right now our baby is the size of a pea, so, he/she is "Our Little Pea"... otherwise we call him/her "Baby B" (Our last name starts with a B). Once we know the sex, we will be able to call him/her by name.

  • We call the baby whatever size it is that week.... this week... the baby's name is little plum :-)
  • We call the baby "nugget". Not sure where we got it from but it just kinda stuck.
  • as of right now its just "the baby"

I'm sure DH will end up giving it a nickname soon...he always has one for everything

  • We usually call it "Baby" but last night my DH said "How is the Sauce?" but when he said says it he pronounces it more like "Sowse" with his best lisp impersonation. I think it came about because I told him that people on here don't like the term "Prego" so he thinks Sauce is funny. Indifferent Maybe not so much!

  • The Bagel.  For weeks 4 and 5, the size comparisons were to bagel toppings (poppy seed and sesame seed).  So my mom started calling it the Bagel.
  • Well, we were going to call him/her Rotterdam... the name of deck on the ship where...well you know!! But, "Peanut" is what has stuck, so far!
  • We call our baby, "Baby *M*" or M&M.  The first name will start with M and the last name starts with M.
  • We call ours poppy too!  We thought it was cute, even though now's I guess it's apple seed, poppy is cuter.
  • My DH calls it Junior. I call it Little Schnook. DH and I call each other schnook, schnookie, schnooker, etc...a name a friend called us that when we first started dating and it stuck with us. (And yes it is corny.)

  • We call it the gummy bear right now, but once we find out the sex, we'll call the baby by its name.  Can't wait to find out!

  • Meatball. When we were TTC DH would ask if I was "spaghetti sauce" yet (yes, as in Prego. Silly man). So when I asked what we should call the fetus, he said meatball. Like spaghetti and meatballs. So there you have it.
  • Too funny, my husband and I call each other Bunny as well, so the babe is Baby Bunny! hahaha!

  • We nickname it according to its size. This week it is "raspberry."  Next week its name will be "martini olive."
  • Ours is the Mush Baby .. or Mush for short. DH said that when he saw the first US and it has just stuck since then Smile My dad txt me yesterday asking how mom and mush mush were doing so it sounds like it will be a family thing now LOL

  • We switch up between calling the baby the boy name we have picked out (that's the gender we are thinking the little one to be, as of now), peanut, and little bambino;)
  • Johnny. As in Johnny Appleseed, our first u/s picture.
  • We've been calling the baby "Poppy" since we found out because it was the size of a poppy seed back then.   The other name that seems to be catching on is "ten-four", which is the EDD.  When my brother found out we told him the due date and he asked what month October was, figured out it was 10 and then put 10-4 together like 10-4 good buddy, 10-4 over and out and has been cracking up over it ever since.  The things that entertain men!
  • PacMan because of its incessant need to feed. ?Chompachompachompachompachompa
  • Ever since I told DH there was a group on here called the November Ninjas he's been calling the baby Ninja. So I like to send him texts throughout the day saying things like "Ninja hungry" and "Ninja wins" if I beat him to lunch.
  • We call the baby "monster" because we know he/she will be a little terror and we can't wait!
  • We just call it "baby" most of the time. Sometimes I use Gabrielle or Matthew (those are the names we picked for each gender). We'll probably call the baby by its name when we find out the gender.
