are awesome! i kind of laughed to myself when the pedi recommended it, but i thought i would try anything... and these quieted DS right up. baby carrots are too small & fat for baby hands to hold onto, so buy whole carrots and cut them into slices as big as your fingers. once they're done chewing, you can stick them back in the freezer (if it doesn't gross you out), because they are just basically sucking on them.
when they get teeth they will shred them & it will be a healthy snack ![]()
DS had some problems with it slipping out of his fingers this morning so i put one in the mesh feeder, and he had a ball--much better than ice chips!
