I posted this morning about Sydney being really sick ...

Despite the fact that she's my second and over a year old, I don't have a clue how to handle illnesses because I've managed to avoid it until recently when Zoe started bringing home some nasty bugs from preschool. I know 103 is normal for kids, but its alarming having never dealt with it before. I didn't figure the doctor could do much but then I have my mom harassing me about taking her to the dr despite the fact that things are different from when my mom took us to the dr and they gave out antibiotics for everything. She doesn't get it.
Anyway, Sydney is now getting some much needed sleep as is Zoe actually. Hopefully, I'll be able to get some sleep too.
Thanks for those who responded to this clueless mom.
Re: Thanks for the advice this morning ...
hope she's feeling well soon!
I usually make a quick phone call to the dr and talk to the nurse... they usually have the same response every time, but it makes me feel better when I call
I, on the other hand, got too relaxed with all the sicknesses. My little one has been sick non-stop this winter.... I can't wait for summer already!
