I knew this was going to get ugly. I usually swell in the summer anyway and my rings get tight so I knew I was in for it being pregnant when it started getting warmer.  So far I can still wear my rings, but good gracious my feet and ankles look awful.  Blech.

I'm not looking forward to that. The good news is you are now allowed to rest and put your feet up as much as you want. Enjoy!

I can't even imagine being pregnant in the summer. ?My swelling was to the point where I couldn't walk at night and my toes would turn purple... then the swelling moved up my entire legs and on to my belly. ?That by far has been the most miserable part of this entire experience. ?I hope you can get your feet up and wear flip flops!

No flip flops for me, but I do have a lovely box at my desk to prop my feet up on and my shoes are just slip on ballet type that I am usually not even wearing   Honestly, I will be happy if it is just my feet, ankles and hands.  It isn't pleasant, but I definitely feel for anyone having to deal with much worse so I can't complain too much.
