My sister got her house!

She got a steal it is 3 bedroom 2 1/5 baths for only 240,000 that is great for these parts.  I am jealous I have to admit it.  They have a house and we don't but oh well we will one day.  Im just so happy for her

That's great!  I wish we had waited about 6 months.  We probably would have gotten a MUCH better deal.  We built our house just as the market started to crumble.  The people that built their house next door to us paid way less and had so many things included (fridge, stainless steel package, granite, jacuzzi tub, 52' plasma TV, washer/dryer, and other stuff).  We had to pay to upgrade for the stainless steel package  and the granite.  We had to buy our own fridge.  Their house is also bigger then ours.  Totally sucked.
