(when an expecting father has "sympathy pregnancy" symptoms). Fact or fiction? WDYT?
I've been reading about it. This author suggests that it evolved as a way for the father to show his investment in the pregnancy and caring for the infant in the future. Thoughts?
Re: Couvade Syndrome
Aw, that's kind of a sweet idea. A future dad so connected to the pregnancy that he has sympathy pains. I think it's sweet.
**Edit: I think it's probably fiction but it's a sweet idea anyway. As long as the dad doesn't take the attention away from the mom, then it's sweet.
