Did anyone do this? I did start a scrapbook and was thinking of having that out so people can see DD thru her 1st year (I better hurry up and get up to date). Or we went to have her pic taken at the same place every month, I could get a copy of each of those and have out...Thoughts?!?!?!?
Re: Display photos at 1st Birthday
We had DS' 1 year pics taken the day before his party, and I got enough to pass out at his party. So I framed some of the cake pics and had them sitting up around the cake, and then had the wallets that I was giving away fanned out on the cake table. It was an easy way to decorate the cake table, and a good way to let everyone know they could take one without having to physically hand them out.
ETA: We also had a slideshow of pics throughout his first year.
Mama Jan's Kitchen... a food blog
Ditto....and we added a few blank pages to the end of it and will be asking everyone to leave a little note for DS that we can show him when he is older.
we will be putting out his baby book and a photo book i made for him. i have apple tv so we will have that on with scrolling images.
im picture crazy!
We did a photo collage banner of DD through the year on our dining room wall next to the food table. It was an idea I saw somewhere online and turned out soooo good...lots of compliments. Here it is:
I seriously thought about doing this, but DH worked really hard on a 10 minute photo and video montage of Ben's 1st year, so I didn't want to take anything away from that.
I love the idea though!
I got 1 picture from each month and I'm going to be putting it up on my wall and have people try to put them in order and the winner gets a bottles of wine
We'll be having way more adults than kids so I'm having couple games for the adults.
