Bummer. Lost less than a pound on WW this week.

I only lost .7 of a pound. Boo. Even though I was well within my points, I guess those slices of pizza this weekend were a bad idea. Oh, well.

On the up side, I am at my prepregnancy weight from this pregnancy. Of course, that is 18 lbs more than my prepreg weight with DS, and that weight is about 50+ more than they say my top weight should be for my height, but I'll take what I can get.

9.1 lbs in 3 weeks is pretty good.

  • I had a little loss a couple of weeks ago, but I say, a loss is a loss! ?Keep going! ?You're doing great! ?I looked at my points again after that week and tried to add in some healthier snacks and add more points to my breakfast. ?Congrats on what you've lost already :-) ?I just hit my 5 lb mark, but I feel like I'll never hit my goal :-(
  • Hey, a loss is a loss!  That is fantastic!!!  Keep it up and before you know it, you will be at your pre preganacy weight and be so happy with yourself Smile

  • I used to be upset at this, but it is actually better you are doing it slowly. I have lost 15 pounds and it took me months -- basically it averaged out to 1 pound a week.
  • Good job! ?My weight loss has slowed too. ?Boooo. ?I think we started about the same time.

  • Hang in there!  When I used to have a week like that, the following week usually made up for it.  You're doing great!
