pls show me your soft yellow nurseries

just found out i'm having a girl!!! thinking of alternatives to pink, and would love to see some soft yellow nurseries, whenever i see them in magazines they look so serene!! Needing inspirations...tia!!!!

Well, mine is certainly more bright yellow than soft yellow, but I love it so much!  It's not done yet - we are in the process of finishing it, but here are a couple of photos with the painting done and furniture in.  Enjoy!

 

 

Chrisy-Wyobride

This is the nursery in our old house 4yrs ago--it was "oat" color --A Martha Stewart Color by Sherwin Williams but more a soft yellow.  It's on 2 walls, the other 2 had sort of a grasscloth wallpaper.  We did gender neutral because we had a suprise baby for #1.

 

Policeman's Bride

This is a friend's nursery that I made the bedding for. They chose a soft yellow from the bedding fabric and then added the chair rail. It's a tiny room so they didn't want a color that would make the room any smaller.
