Dollar Store HPT's?

Do you trust them?  Do you trust them as much as another brand?

 I thought I should have gotten AF by now, but 2 BFN's (Dollar store tests) and 2 days later, still nothing.  This is my 1st PP cycle so I am sure being regular may not happen.

I was thinking about buying a FRER or EPT just to be sure.  (What if the batch of HPT's I bought was defective?  LOL)

Yes, I used them for both of my pg. I think I went to get a digital after the bfp, but didn't waste my $$ until seeing that second line.

I got two negatives when I was over a week late. Two other tests and a digital gave me positives over the next day. I have DD now, so I am thinking I was pregnant. I will never use another $ store test.

I bought 6 Dollar store tests.  (Had one digital test leftover from before).  I started testing at 10 dpo (1 test per day).  The Dollar Store tests NEVER gave me a BFP.  In deperation, I used the digital test at 13 or 14 dpo and got my BFP.  (The 3 Dollar store tests that I used AFTER the digital STILL kept giving me BFN). 

 

So no, I don't have a lot of faith in the Dollar Store tests.

I used them with both pregnancies. I got +s at 10 DPO both times.

The company that manufactures the $ Tree tests is the same one that makes them for doctor's offices. So if your doc has you take a pee test, it's likely a $ Tree type.

More expensive doesn't automatically = better or more effective.

I found them to be very reliable.  With this pg, I tested the day AF was due and got a strong line
