I have fallen in love with a lady bug theme for a little girls room. I want some color on the walls (besides tan or white).
Do you think red would be too much? Maybe one accent wall (behind crib) in red? Or maybe wainscoting on the bottom and red on the top of the walls?
What do you ladies think?!

Re: red walls?
I am not a huge fan of pink. I did see a set that had sage green in it that I liked a little. Then I could do the walls green.
I think red is too intense for a room where you want to baby to sleep. Red is a fiery, passionate, energetic color. I would limit it to the bedding and accents.
I would do the walls in eaither a soft off white or beige color OR go for a stark white with black and red decals.Maybe you could find more ladybugs for the walls or hang ladybug pictures in black or white frames.
New Mrs.-question...do you where you can get just the red polka dot sheet? my dd room is going to be red/orange and want that crib sheet. TIA if you have any leads.
I love color so yes! I'd do something red. Maybe one red wall or maybe stripes or maybe just the bottom half of the room red. The bedding is so cute and to me it screams for some extra color.
