I was at walmart today and while I was there I got really freaked out about Easter and not having Claire's stuff for her basket, so I got everything I needed so that we are ready to go, "just in case"!! I also cleaned and put back together the swing, bouncy seats, and car seat. Other than the pack and play, we are ready to go whenever baby Jack decides to come!
Re: I'm officially in nesting-mode
Me too. I cleaned the whole house last night. I mean, super cleaned. Moved furniture cleaned. I couldn't move it back, though. It hurt. Waited for DH to get home and he was mad at me for moving it myself. I was going to go vacuum both our cars today and then have the fire dept install the carseat bases in them, but think i'll do that tomorrow. Today - I've bought the baby memory book, took the dogs to the vet (got that out of the way for another year), and am FINALLY order curtains shades. Benn meaning to do that since christmas. When Blaire wakes up, we're going to Walmart. I'm also going to pay bills tonight, early, b/c I just don't know what may happen next week,
Good idea on teh easter basket.
Me three!
$300 at Target later I think we have everything we need for the baby to arrive, and for us to never have to leave the house again for cleaning supplies, etc. LOL. Bought all of Alex's easter stuff yesterday, too!
I'm now upstairs sorting baby clothes, etc. Love it when nesting mode kicks in.
Been thinking of you and was hoping all was well with you and baby! Filet of Fish sandwiches are on "sale" here on Fridays right now - think of you and Cooker every time I see the signs LOL!
And he's so not going to come on his due date - he'll be kind to you and show up a few days early, just so you don't have to worry about it any longer.
I must admit though, it was a LONG day for me on 4/20/2006 as I sat on my @ss doing nothing that day for fear of sending myself into labor on my due date and being saddled with that darn birthday forever - hee hee!
