OK, forgive the stupid question, after 7 months of TTC, I've lost a little common sense maybe...

Is it bad to workout after sex?  Maybe right after is not the best, but what about 45 min after?

As long as you stand on your head for at least 15 minutes after bumping uglies you can then workout.
