Can someone educate me? I plan to breast feed & will pump at work when I go back. Is there a limit on what bottles I can use with the pump? I want to do plastic BPA free bottles.

Re: Bottles compatable with Medela pump?
most pumps have bottles that attached directly to them and you can screw a top on it. Otherwise just use whatever pump you like and it's own storage containers and then put it into whatever bottle you choose to use.
Also, the Medela or Lansinoh bags attach to the pump and are easier to store; especially if you have a stock to freeze. Then you just pour into whichever bottles you prefer.
ETA: We use Born Free.
I used the $2.99 three pack of gerber bottles, they worked great and are BPA Free!
I have the medela and they come with two bottles and have extras that you can buy. Actually now that I think of it I might need to buy the new ones, my pump is from DD who is almost 5 yrs old.
