What do you think of Evan?

Dh and I both like it. Middle name is going to be David no matter the first name. It's Dhs first name and he really wants it as a middle name...so I'm not worried about flow because it is what is. There's also very few names I think that don't go well with David.

Also, do you know any good middle names for Autumn or Amy. Those are the names we both love at the moment. Also while I love Autumn I'm not into nature names like River, Rain etc.

Jo (although someone told me this was a redneck name. But I don't care. I think it's cute and it's not like I'm going Betty Jo, Mary Jo Bobbi Jo etc)

I LOVE my nn, although it is my first initial and my maiden name initial.My mn has nothing to do with it. Yes, I was AJ J. In HS, certain classmates would say to me, so your name is A**** J**** J****? Yes, apparently it is. I didn't give myself the nn--my friends did. So I got a little flack for it, but I just thought the people who made a big deal about it were idiots

And...I've gotten a lot of compliments about AJ being "my name" as well. ?

I like Evan.  Not sure if it goes with David, but if you're not worried about it, then go for it.  We're using it as a mn too--Benjamin David.  No particular reason, I just thought those two sounded good together.

I like Amy Claire and Amy Jo.  Autumn is a tougher one to find a mn for.  Elizabeth or Kate maybe?

I like Evan a lot, and it goes well with David. My only concern would be that I know of a little girl named Evan, so it may be on its way to being turned into a girl's name... Also, isn't there an actress named Evan? Evan Rachel Wood?

 

For the girls, I love Amy Claire, but AJ is a great nn..

Evan is a great name, it's my DS's name and you don't hear it too often.  I see more people on here liking that name recently compared with when I was expecting Evan but it's a great name and it sounds really good with David!
