I want a cool new phone

I want either the LG Dare or the Blackberry Storm...they are both expensive on their own (even with my $100 credit from the new-in-two program)  but the bigger bummer is all the extra fees that come along with the stuff that the phones do...downloading music...games...uploading pictures to flickr...accessing fb...I want to do it all but I think you have to pay extra to do most of it...anyone have either of these that can tell me about them and their true cost?
