Has anyone ever gotten a virus on their computer at work?

I just recently got a message saying that I had one and it's affecting my media player.  I told one of our IT guys and he is going to check it out.  I'm an occassional net surfer at work and I don't download anything, but I'm still nervous I'm going to get in trouble...  Confused

    yeah, i've often worried about that too.  i bump at work too much and i've wondered if IT can see all of the history of the comp.  OMG, i would hate for them to see about my FWP schedule, CM, talk about sore boobs...etc.
