yes it's very similar. basically you count points but there's a list of filling foods (basically the same as the core foods) and you try and eat mostly the filling foods. It's kind of like a combo of both points and core. hope that helps!
The Momementum program is points but you focus on "filling foods," which are core foods. There is also something in the program called "Simply filling." It is, essentially, the same as core. I think there are a few small differences, but to be honest I don't know what they are. I think most of the simply filling foods are the old core foods. btw - you don't get that info until 6 weeks into the plan - they want you to start now on points.
