April wedding... help!

The wedding is at a hotel at 3 pm.  Dinner & reception, dance are at 5 pm.  We are staying at the hotel that night and bring the girls -  any clothing suggestions?  I am not too sure about wearing a dress and cannot wear heals anymore (especially chasing after 2 girls!).  I probably need to get a new dress/outfit.... unless I get a BFP this weekend - then I will pull our mat. pants for comfort!  )
