I saw your post in the 3 weeks old thread and it sounds like our boys are at the same stage (no surprise ) in terms of sleeping longer at night so we let thm sleep as long as we want at night but then try to have them on the same schedule during the day. How is that working for you? Some days I find it fairly easy to go from different schedules at night to same schedule in the day but other days they are off by a good 1-1.5 hrs all day ... and since they often take 45-60 mins each to eat, that makes for a very long day with no breaks to wash bottles, take a shower, do laundry, etc. Any tips you've found helpful?

Also, just curious, how often and how much are yours eating now? Mine eat 7 times a day, usually 3 hrs during the day (though I think they might be strting to move toward 3.5-4 hr cycles, yay!) and then anywhere from 4-6 hrs at night.

Have you tried going up a nipple flow size?  my boys only take 15 min to eat 4 oz and about 20 min to eat 5.5.  I kinda have to push Owen to eat (he gets a little lazy) but they are both eating 4-5 oz at a meal.  I posted my schedule below in a post that asked for it below.  Im not going to let them space out their day eating til I get 6-7 hrs at night from Owen.  The hard thing is the last few days someone has wanted fed at 6 am well we get up at (avg) 730.  So what I have been doing is a top off in the morning to get them on my schedule if they ate at 6.  Yesterday they got off and to get them back on I let the off one nap longer.  So for me getting them back on schedule depends on when they got off. 

My most important thing is to make sure they are fed at 4pm.  I have to have them on track at 4 pm because between 4-8 has to run like clockwork.  They eat at 4, DH is home at 430, its daddy time til 530 (I take a few min to myself and then make dinner), we eat at 530 and they get tummy time, 630 starts baths, bottles by 7, in bed by 730.

Definitely helped! Thanks! And yep, we've tried the fast-flow nipples. Sometimes they do fine and sometimes they struggle, so we always have to experiment. If we're feeding both at once (which is most of the time), we stick with slow-flow b/c they make such a mess with fast-flow if your'e not really vigilant.
