Oh yeah, that prepared us all, didn't it?  So funny how perspective changes.  My whole 'birth plan' was to get an epidural- 'cause that always works, right?  Well, fast forward to my child shooting out of me at the speed of light & NO TIME for that epidural.  Surprise!!

 ooh!  good one!  guess that makes me a witch, and anthroplogist, a high school girl, a muppet, etc from the shows on in our house.

i kind of feel bad for her.  she's definately in for a rude awakening.  i wish there would have been a more realistic explanation of what it's like to bring the baby home!
