Um ... there are a million things out there that fit that extremely non-specific description. Do you have colors you like? Dislike? Theme ideas? Things you really want to avoid (besides "baby baby")??

Target has a lot of cute, not too modern, not too cutesy sets and individual pieces that don't cost a fortune. ?

I would check out land of nod...they have some nice middle of the road stuff - not too baby, not too grown-up

This is mine - the Amy Coe Simply Swirl Collection from BRU. It's in stores only now, it's being discontinued, but it's modern without being wacky, simple, and not very "baby". Plus, it's gender neutral, and the brown will go very well with blue or pink.

That's why I went with it.

Then go onto the side bar and look up children, and then bedding. These sets are custom made, and cost the same if not less than the brands in the stores. I loved this site!
