i get one about once a year. ?wash it with baby wash or baby shampoo and hold a warm compress on it a few times a day. ?this works best for me. ? there is an OTC oitment called Stye, but it really only eases discomfort...doesn't do anything to make it heal faster.

so odd bc i just got one the other day too...i just leave mine be and wash my face like normal and it usually goes away in about 3-4 days...mines almost totally gone now

I've never used anything and mine have always gone away. If you wear contacts, switch to glasses for a few days. Also, try not to wear eye makeup until it's healed.

Ditto no contacts and no eye makeup (mascara always makes mine much worse!).  If it gets really bad, see about taping your eye closed so it stops scratching and irritating when you blink.
