I know it's a separate, legitimate name, but I can't help thinking that Aubrey is a typo for Audrey.

I was friends with a girl named Aubrey and another named Audrey. I didn't realize how popular both of the names are getting until I came on this board. ?

It's funny; Audrey is one of my absolute favorite names, but I've never cared for Aubrey. Maybe the girl from Danity Kane ruined it for me. Who knows.
