He has given up a nap on days I'm with him, and still naps when he's with my IL's for the day. His bedtime really hasn't changed, which I was really hoping it did. It makes for a really long day.... 8am-9am is a lot. But if he does nap, and gets up any later than 3:30pm, he's up past 10, it sucks.
When he's not teething, he seems to be ok STTN. We had a good run the last few weeks, but he's either getting his bottom eye teeth or 2yr molars, and we're back to misery.
DS goes to sleep between 7 and 8 and wakes up around 7. Hasn't napped since he was 2. If he naps he doesn't go to sleep until between 10 and 11pm so we hate naps here.
At some point usually he wakes up and we bring him in our bed.

My DD is 2.5 years old. Our nap 'schedule' is everyday, after lunch at 12:00pm or 12:30pm - I usually let her watch 1 Dora episode and then she goes down for naptime around 1pm. It could take her anywhere from 15 min to 1 hour to fall asleep. I let her sleep for 1.5-2hours or until 4pm. If she doesn't fall asleep, which has been happening occasionally, I try to get her do 1 hour of quiet time in her room, still with the shades drawn.
DD turns 3 next week but I remember her 2 y/o schedule clearly. She was an early nap dropper so we spent the first 6 months after her 2nd birthday trying to force naps. Sometimes she would, sometimes she wouldn't. But without fail, if she took a nap, she was up until almost 10 that night. Without a nap, she would go to bed by 7 or 8. No matter the scenario she was always up by 8.
By 2.5 we finally gave in and just realized she was done napping. Since then she consistently goes to sleep at 7:30 and is up by 8:00
DD is up for the day around 8:30. She naps between 1-3 or 2-4. Bed time is at 8 most nights--8:30 occasionally.
Some days she sleeps late but that is usually only if she is up playing in her crib when she goes to bed. Sometimes she just sings and talks to her lovey for up to an hour or more. It's hysterical!
K&K will be 3 in may but have had the same schedule since 1yr or before.
7:30-8:00am Wake up
12 noon naptime but dont sleep until around 12:30-1:00. (need the quit time to wind down first)
3:30-4:00pm Wake up from nap
8:00 bedtime
**Wake up and bedtime change with daylight savings time. In the summer they stay up til 9pm and sleep til 8:30 or 9am.
I was a schedule freak when the kids were born. It has paid off greatly. All 3 of my kids sleep great. K&K are still in the midst of a sleep strike (takes longer to get them to sleep for naps and bedtime) but they generally still stick to their schedule. Their sleep strike started when they were 2.5.
DD goes to bed at 7 but I know she gets up and turns on her light to look at books 1/3 of the time. If her light is still on at 7:45 I got up. Half the time she fell asleep but forgot to turn it off. The other half she is still reading but will turn it off and go to sleep.
She's up by 6 every morning. I think some days she gets up earlier but I don't know because she just turns on her light and reads. (This girl loves her books!)
She naps for an hour or two every day, but sometimes it is at 10 am and sometimes not until 1. I never know.
to bed at 7:30, wakes at 5:30 (10 hours), nap 11-1 (2 hours)....grand total of 12 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period. we have many days that aren't this good. my dd has never been a good sleeper. this is as good as it has been!
Sleeps from about 9pm-7am. Wakes up around 2:30am when she comes to bed with us. Then wakes again around 5:30-6am asking for Mommy milk. Throws a fit when I tell her she has to wait until morning. Finally nurses from about 6:45-7am before she gets up.

You are some lucky moms! Most of your 2 yo's seem to be on similar schedules. I guess mine is the only early bird. T goes to bed at 8, wakes around 5-5:30 (yes, you read that right!), and naps around 10-12 or so.
Re: please share your 2 y/o nap and night sleep schedule.
7am- wake up
12:30-2:30/3- nap
7pm- bed
Hope you are having a great day! It's not too bad out there today.
Disaster?

Emilia sleeps from 7pm- 8am and naps from 12:00pm-3pm.
I think we are hitting a growth spurt because her naps have been around 11:00-3:00 lately.
Now I know she isn't asleep the whole time. It usually takes her about 40 minutes to settle down and finally sleep.

He usually wakes up around 7am, but lately it's been a bit earlier.
If he takes a nap, it's from ~1:30-3:30 or 2-4.
If he takes a nap, then he goes to bed around 7:30 but often takes until 8:30 to fall asleep.
If he doesn't take a nap, he goes to bed around 6pm and falls asleep immediately.
He still wakes up around the same time regardless of when he goes to bed.
He naps 2-3 times/week, with there being no rhyme or reason as to when. I put him in his crib every day at the same time, regardless.
