Really rosy cheeks?

I've noticed lately that my cheeks are really red and have these tiny red dots on them. It kind of looks like a rash but its not itchy. I looked up that pregnancy mask thing but that says brown spots. What else could it be?

increased blood flow can cause capilaries in your face to break and give you that. it's a normal side effect of pregnancy, and mentioned in both my pg books. from what they say, it should fade with time.

I don't have rosy cheeks but I have little red spots on my face from broken capillaries!?

I have roseaca (?sp) and I have noticed it to be worse lately. I have read that it can be exacerbated by PG and even appear for the first time while PG. I don't think there is much you can do about it, spicy foods, hot temps, caffeince make it worse.
