DH thinks we'll have a "litter"

We were just lamenting this morning how babymaking is so hard for us, and that our upcoming RE appt is only the beginning:

DH: You know what I think? I really think we're going to end up with a whole mess of kids. A litter.

Me: ::blank stare::

DH: You know, like Jon + Kate, they did the whole "science thing"

Me: Um, that's not how it works usually....[and I attempt to explain why]

DH: I know how it works! We're going to end up with a litter and I am going to have to drive a bus around instead of the BMW Series 3 I want.

Me: ::eye roll:::

DH: I have faith in science

My DH sort of understands that a litter is not ideal and no dr. tries for that. My sister on the other hand thinks if you take fert. drugs you WILL have a litter.
